These sophisticated systems and processes help us to keep costs to a minimum, which means we’re able to pay our temporary and contract staff a little above the norm - and that helps us attract better quality people so our clients get better quality staff. The calibre of our personnel is a key element that sets us apart from the competition. We require our entire temporary and contract staff, without exception, to provide two independent references covering their last two years of employment. We also ensure that all personnel are fully up to date on Health & Safety requirements, and we actively promote the CSCS and CPCS schemes. Plus we’ll never send anyone out without full PPE or the right tools for the job.
